A research article co-authored by 小黄鸭视频 faculty members has been recognized as one of the top 10% most-viewed papers published in 2023 by Wiley, a publishing company. 

Michelle Arnold, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD), Terry Chisolm, PhD, vice provost and professor in CSD, and , chief of the Audiology Section, otolaryngology, at 小黄鸭视频 Health and courtesy assistant professor in CSD, co-authored the paper, The research introduces a standardized method to confirm speech comprehension prior to conducting neurocognitive assessments, a critical step in improving diagnostic accuracy for individuals with hearing loss.

The article, published in Alzheimer's & Dementia, has drawn widespread attention across the scientific and medical communities, reflecting the growing recognition of how sensory impairments like hearing loss can influence cognitive health evaluations.
